用途:用于細菌總數測定、純培養(yǎng)及保存菌種,也可用于消毒效果測定;用于沙門氏菌培養(yǎng)(GB)。
性狀:有各種不同的配方,如牛肉膏粉90g、蛋白胨270g、食鹽136g、瓊脂粉520g、無水碳酸鈉9g。易潮解。加水煮沸溶化后呈淺黃色半透明液體,pH7.4(±0.2),冷至45℃開始凝固。 稱取本品33g,加入蒸餾水或去離子水1 L,攪拌加熱煮沸至*溶解, 分裝試管或三角瓶,121℃高壓滅菌15min備用。
貯存 旋緊瓶蓋,貯存于避光、陰涼干燥處。
WL 營養(yǎng)肉湯抗生素的平板抑菌實驗結果
將萬古霉素、頭孢噻吩、紅霉素分別以不同的濃度添加到基礎培養(yǎng)基(腦心瓊脂)中,接種定量菌液,觀察抑菌效果,以確定zui終的抗生素組合和添加濃度。結果表明,萬古霉素、頭孢噻吩適合使用于阪崎腸桿菌選擇性培養(yǎng),與定量抑菌實驗結果*;而紅霉素與定量抑菌濃度實驗結果不*,不適合使用于阪崎腸桿菌選擇性培養(yǎng)。
